Returns and Exchanges
Any damages/losses will be handled on a case by case basis.
I do my best to provide a clear picture and good description of all of my products so you receive exactly what you expected. I do not offer cash refunds. I offer replacement for orders lost in the mail or damaged upon arrival.
Personalized items, Custom Orders, and made-to-order items are non-refundable because they are made just for you. All personalized and custom orders will be confirmed with a photo with buyer via convo/email.
ALL Shipping fees are non-refundable.
If an item you purchase is received damaged or is lost please contact me immediately. Please do NOT throw any packaging way as it is necessary to file a claim with the USPS.
For any digital custom and/or premade orders (for example: Christmas cards, announcements, invitations, etc.):: I will send you a proof for your approval so you can look over and double check the design. I will gladly make a reasonable number of revisions; I want you to be happy with the final product! Once I design the card, if you would like to see another design with your information you will need to purchase that design. Since this is a digital order, there are no refunds given.
Katygirl Designs accepts all forms of payment. You can pay with your credit/debit card through PayPal without actually having an account.
Any custom orders will have a specific listing made & will need to be paid for in advance.
PLEASE READ: I ship directly to the address provided in your account. Please make sure that address is the one you desire your package shipped to. If you are shipping to a different address be sure to let me know. In the event the address you provide is incorrect you will be charged for me to reship the item to you once it is returned to me.
All items will be carefully packaged and shipped via USPS with delivery confirmation and insurance.* Each print and/or card will be packaged in a plastic protector with a cardboard insert to insure that it does not bend. Each order will be placed in a very heavy-duty mailer.
Orders are usually shipped within 3-5 business days upon receipt of full payment. If you pay with an e-check your order will not be shipped until the check has cleared through PayPal.
Custom items shipped upon completion (I ask for a minimum of 2 weeks to create) upon receipt of full payment. These terms will be agreed on prior to the purchase of your custom order.
If you need an item shipped priority or overnighted please contact me before making the purchase so proper shipping costs can be added and I can insure you will receive the item in the requested time frame.
*International customers please send me a message if you want delivery confirmation and insurance. It is not included in your shipping price.
